STMicroelectronics HSP051-2W3Y 2-line ESD Array is designed for Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Suppression on high-speed differential lines. The HSP051-2W3Y offers ultralow variation of capacitance, ensuring a very low influence on signal-skew. Housed in a compact, RoHS compliant SOT323-3L package, the STMicroelectronics HSP051-2W3Y 2-line ESD Array is AEC-Q101 qualified for use in automotive applications.
