STMicroelectronics STSPIN32G4 Motor Controllers with STM32G4 MCU are highly integrated and flexible devices for driving three-phase brushless motors. These motor controllers help designers choose the most suitable driving mode and reduce PCB area and the overall BOM. The modules embed a triple half-bridge gate driver and three bootstrap diodes. Additional features include an integrated flexible power management structure, an embedded programmable buck regulator with embedded power MOSFET, and an internal high-precision low-drop linear regulator (LDO). The integrated MCU (STM32G431VBx3) is based on the 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4 core, operating at a frequency up to 170MHz. STMicroelectronics STSPIN32G4 Motor Controllers include high-speed 128kB flash and 32kB SRAM with several protection mechanisms and up to 40 available GPIOs. The series also offers power-saving modes and an analog independent supply input for ADC, DAC, operational amplifiers, and comparators.
